About Abeja Associates

Abeja Associates is a leadership development consultancy and coaching practice formed to support leaders wanting to develop successful high performing teams and a more inclusive workplace.

We work to enhance your current skills and knowledge whilst supporting you to develop new ways of working to bring about transformational change. 

 

Abeja Associates is based near Sevenoaks in the UK, but offers remote consultancy and coaching across the Globe.

Fiona Worthy has spent over thirty years in education as a teacher, senior leader, headteacher and school improvement advisor working for local authorities. 

​

She has also worked in the UK charity sector and for the UK government overseas, where she was the first ever diversity and inclusion officer at the British Embassy in Washington DC.

​

Throughout her career she has spent significant time working with leaders as a consultant and coach, both informally and formally. She is passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments, supporting the progression of leaders and enabling high performing teams.
